Banana Chocolate Sundae Smoothie

This creamy smoothie by Rachael Campbell ends up tasting like a banana sundae blended up and served in a glass. The best part? no dairy or sugar required, just raw and wholesome goodness. Frozen bananas, fresh almond milk, lucuma powder, real vanilla, cinnamon, apple, and cacao nibs to garnish. Delish!

Ingredients

2 cups almond milk
2 cups of filtered water
2 frozen banana
3 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
3 teaspoons lucuma powder
1/2 granny smith apple
Cinnamon to taste

Directions

1) Pour almond milk into vitamix add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth consistency. Sprinkle with cacaco nibs, ready to drink!

2) Lucuma powder is a great source of fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, it gives a beautiful creamy texture.

This smoothie is fantastic for kids they love it!!
