Difficulty 5 minutes Serves 2
This hearty, classic family supper is destined to become one of your favorite raw vegan dishes. It's so satisfying and super comforting. Instead of traditional potatoes (which wouldn't be too appetizing eaten raw), this recipe by Tiasha Slana of Shine with Nature uses a mashed " no-tato" recipe made with a base of raw cauliflower and tahini complete with a sun-dried tomato sauce on top made from a delicious mixture of carrots, celery, cremini mushrooms and other goodies. Enjoy!
