The sweet and tangy strawberry balsamic will taste great paired with a variety of greens, so if kale, spinach, or even arugula are your thing feel free to use those as well (or a combination of all!). Top with slivered almonds and cracked black pepper and enjoy!

Juicy purple cabbage, julenned carrot, finely sliced red onion, fresh sprouts and herbs, and protein-rich chickpeas tossed with a Middle Eastern inspired tangy-sweet cumin infused tahini dressing. This may be the perfect meal.

    RG tip: this recipe calls for chickpeas - you can use cooked, or to keep it entirely raw soak and sprout your chickpeas and eat as is or lightly steam them for better digestion.
