Thai Lettuce Wraps with a Spicy Almond Ginger Dressing

A delicious and refreshing meal that is best accompanied with coconut water served straight from the coconut! Flavorful and full to the brim with vital enzymes, water and the nutrition your body needs to thrive. You'll feel like a million bucks after eating this meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Salad Base:

1 large zucchini- spiralized

2 small carrots- grated into strips

1 cup red cabbage- chopped into strips

2 spring onions- chopped fine

1 bunch cilantro- chopped fine

 
Spicy Almond Ginger Dressing:


1/4 cup almonds (soak them if desired)

1 small zucchini


1 lemon- juiced1 lime- juiced

1/2 jalape

Directions

1) Blend dressing ingredients until smooth.
2) Pour over your salad base and massage until fully incorporated.

3) Top with sesame seeds and avocado. Enjoy!!
